Job Summary
Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to casino and hotel guests. Maintain station, know the menu, specials, beverages and wine lists; follow the correct sequence of service; assist other servers to deliver best possible service; handle guest receipts per internal controls; ensure F&B areas meet company standards and regulations; stay up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets; may be assigned to casino and/or hotel stations; adhere to Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS/SRC controls, and SOPs; prior gaming experience not required.
