Job Summary
Take orders, accurately input them into the computer, and deliver them to players within the Sportsbook and Poker areas. Greet guests with a smile, observe and anticipate their needs, keep tables clear between courses, and utilize suggestive selling for cocktails and appetizers. Maintain a pleasant disposition, handle cash transactions with accuracy, and complete assigned side work and additional daily tasks. Inform your immediate supervisor if situations arise that cannot be handled directly. This role requires excellent customer relations skills, the ability to work any shift or hours, and proficiency in basic math. Candidates must be 18 or older (21+ for licensed positions) and obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Must be 21 or older for Beverage Server, Barback, Bartender
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Team Member and customer relations skills
- Ability to work any shift or hours
- Must have good cash Handling skills
- Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must have basic math skills
- Must be very friendly and outgoing
- Able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
Desired Qualifications
- Must be familiar with menu, daily specials, and preparation of foods and prices
- Use suggestive selling (i.e., cocktails, appetizers, desserts, etc.)
- Observe and anticipate guests' needs, keep the table clear between courses, and beverages filled throughout their meal
- Complete assigned side work and additional daily tasks
- Inform immediate supervisor if situations arise with guests or fellow employees that cannot be handled directly
- Previous cash handling experience is helpful
