Job Summary
The Food Server is responsible for welcoming guests, taking and accurately entering food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guests' satisfaction. Key responsibilities include providing thorough information on menu items, recognizing regular guests, adhering to health and safety standards, managing payments, and maintaining cleanliness. A high school diploma is preferred along with two years of related experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Experience with POS systems
- Familiarity with beer and spirits
- Proper lifting techniques
- Guest relations
- Sanitation and safety
- Safe alcohol service
- Full service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
