Job Summary
The Food Server is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking and entering food and beverage orders into the POS system, and ensuring timely delivery to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing detailed menu information, cultivating customer relationships, handling guest complaints with positivity, maintaining sanitation standards, and processing payments accurately. Candidates must have a high school diploma (preferred), two years of related experience, and be at least 18 years old. A valid driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English
