Job Summary
Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous food and beverage service to casino and hotel guests. Maintain full knowledge of the menu, specials, beverages and wine lists. Follow the correct sequence of service, clear and reset station, assist other servers, handle receipts according to internal controls, and ensure F&B areas comply with company standards and regulations. Remain up-to-date on property events and hours for all F&B outlets. May be assigned to casino and/or hotel F&B work stations. Provide excellent guest service while adhering to Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls and Standard Operating Procedures. GAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Restaurant & 1-2 years of related experience in full-service dining preferred
