Job Summary
Provide knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous food and beverage service to casino and hotel guests. Must maintain a full working knowledge of the menu, specials, beverages and wine lists; follow the correct sequence of service; clear, clean, reset and maintain station; assist other servers to ensure the best possible service; handle guest receipts per internal controls; ensure F&B areas meet company standards and applicable regulations; stay up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for F&B outlets; may be assigned to casino and/or hotel stations; adhere to Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and SOPs; no gaming experience required; ability to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs; required to work in a smoke-filled environment; 1-2 years of related experience in full-service dining preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience in full-service dining preferred
