Job Summary
Monitor guests' needs continually, promptly filling requests and taking food and drink orders. Perform side work including polishing silverware, restocking condiments, cutting lemons, and organizing assigned areas. Clear tables as a bus person and maintain proper sanitation practices throughout the venue. Assist with opening and closing functions per specifications while returning lost items to the supervisor. Uphold Freeman Standards and Hard Rock values, representing the brand positively with guests and staff. Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed for smooth function operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts
- Must be very detailed oriented
- Must project a professional and positive image
- Must have a high level of energy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, & special events (Banquet) as needed
- Must have basic mathematical skills
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
