Deliver full-service guest experiences by executing established service sequences, recognizing names, and anticipating needs while managing cash banks for quick transactions. Perform all opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness of shift areas and service stations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Communicate effectively with management and team members to uphold professionalism and satisfy supervisor requests. Maintain deep knowledge of menus, food, wine, beer, and spirits to represent American Place Casino's hospitality standards.
