Job Summary
Food Server position responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience with full knowledge of menus, beverages, and spirits. Serve according to established sequence of service, build personal guest relationships, anticipate guest needs, manage a cash bank for quick service, perform opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness of service areas, work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction, comply with all policies, and uphold health and safety regulations. Must possess working knowledge of the POS system, food and beverage knowledge, and cash handling procedures; bilingual ability is a plus.
