Job Summary
Consistently follow established service sequences to deliver high-level guest experiences while building personal clientele through name recognition and anticipating needs. Manage cash banks for quick service, perform all opening and closing duties, and maintain cleanliness of shift areas and service stations. Work as a team to ensure guest satisfaction while complying with health, safety, and company policies. Maintain professionalism with guests and team members, responding appropriately to supervisor requests. Possess full knowledge of menus, food, wine, beer, and spirits, along with proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Bi-lingual ability is a plus.

- Restaurant servers must possess a working knowledge of the systems used within our company
