Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, present menus with detailed knowledge of offerings, and take food and beverage orders accurately while making recommendations for premium selections. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets luxury standards, and monitor guest satisfaction by responding to requests professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, handle payment transactions securely, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards while performing additional duties as assigned. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working in a fast-paced, upscale environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Candidates must be 21 years of age and hold valid Clark County Health and Alcohol Awareness cards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale or fine dining service within a luxury hotel, resort, or casino environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine pairings, and cocktail presentation
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM Card)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (five hours or more)
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs
- Requires transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Requires eye/hand coordination
- May require use of standard office equipment. (Micros System)
- May require basic math with the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
