Job Summary
The Food Server at Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guests' satisfaction. Key responsibilities include providing guests with detailed menu information, entering orders into the POS system, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role requires effective communication skills, customer service aptitude, and a minimum of two years related experience. Candidates should be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver's license. This position also involves physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Experience with POS systems
- Familiarity with beer and spirits
- Proper lifting techniques
- Guest relations
- Sanitation and safety
- Safe alcohol service
- Full service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
