Job Summary
Check and stock stations before, during, and after shifts for proper setup and cleanliness. Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner, present menus and specials, and record order details accurately into the Point-of-Sale computer. Deliver orders to guests, confirm accuracy, replenish beverages, and ensure workstations comply with sanitation and safety standards. Perform general cleaning, wipe down tables, and reset tables for new guests. Handle special guest requests and transport large trays weighing up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Ability to use a knife to cut breads, pick up glassware and serving items, scoop ice and reach overhead to retrieve stock
- Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 40 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift
- Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
