Job Summary
The Food Server at Xperience Restaurant Group is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include providing thorough information regarding menu items, entering orders into the POS system, and maintaining stock during shifts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, familiarity with full service restaurant operations, and the ability to communicate effectively. Additional requirements include proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet physical demands of the job.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
