Job Summary
The Food Server at XRG is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and delivering them in a timely manner. Key duties include providing detailed menu information, maintaining stock levels, responding to guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety and health standards. Qualifications include a preferred high school diploma, eligibility to work in the U.S., valid driver’s license, and a minimum of two years related experience. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, experience with POS systems, and knowledge of menu items.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience

- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with POS systems
- Familiarity with beer and spirits
