Job Summary
Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests, utilizing a computerized guest check system to process payments and make change. Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner while retrieving prepared orders from the kitchen and delivering them through dining rooms. Carry and balance trays weighing approximately 20 to 30 pounds, and maintain cleanliness of all dining room areas. Present checks to guests and collect payments or deliver them to the cashier. Requires six months of food and beverage service experience, ability to stand and walk for the majority of a shift, and capacity to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds. Must communicate in English and obtain necessary licenses or certifications.

- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
Desired Qualifications
