Job Summary
Server Assistant supports the Food & Beverage team by ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, stocked, and prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role assists servers and restaurant leadership with table maintenance, food delivery support, and operational readiness while maintaining the high service standards expected within a luxury hotel environment. The position involves greeting guests, delivering items to tables, refilling beverages, assisting with opening/closing side work, supporting banquet and event operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Food Safe Serve/Texas Food Handlers Certification required
- TABC certification required and maintained
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience in a luxury or full-service hotel environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
