Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and professionally while supporting overall dining room hospitality. Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, condiments, and service items to guest tables, and refill water, bread, and other table items as directed. Clear and reset tables promptly, polish glassware and silverware, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations. Support food runners and expeditors during high-volume periods, assist with table setup, and manage stock levels of linens, utensils, and supplies. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, report maintenance concerns, and perform opening and closing side work duties. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food Safe Serve/Texas Food Handlers Certification
- TABC certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry service items
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
