Job Summary
Provide knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous service of food and beverages to casino and hotel guests while maintaining full menu, beverage, and wine list knowledge. Clear, clean, and reset stations throughout the shift, assist colleagues in delivering optimal service, and handle guest receipts according to internal controls. Ensure F&B areas meet company standards and applicable regulations, staying updated on property events and operating hours. Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, regulations, ACCRS, and SRC System of Internal Controls and Standard Operating Procedures. May be assigned to Food & Beverage workstations at the casino and/or hotel.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs on an intermittent basis
- Must have sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Restaurant & 1-2 years of related experience in full-service dining preferred
