Job Summary
Serve as a point of contact for co-manufacturers regarding product concerns and technical support needs, ensuring familiarity with Siete's product line and manufacturing processes. Address product structure concerns promptly, recommend response plans, and lead technical onboarding of the current product portfolio at new co-manufacturers, including pre-onboarding, plant trials, and first production support. Build and maintain the raw material specification database while establishing effective communication with procurement, suppliers, operations, quality, and product development teams. Drive change management procedures at co-manufacturers and monitor continuous improvement initiatives for products and manufacturing processes. Travel approximately 35% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of R&D experience in a food-manufacturing environment
- Travel approximately up to 35% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with shelf-stable and temperature-sensitive products
- Degree in Food Science, Engineering or Laboratory Science (such as biology, chemistry or physics, etc.) or related discipline
- Proficiency in software/desktop applications such as Word, Excel, supplier management software
- Experience with TraceGains Software
