Food Scientist III

Lead complex innovation, renovation, productivity, and platform development programs for high-quality, consumer-centric yogurt products, specifically within the Kids portfolio. Serve as the R&I technical leader in cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions while managing formulation, ingredient functionality, and manufacturing strategies. Design development strategies, conduct bench work experiments, and drive industrial trials to generate insights and build robust commercialization plans. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing sites to identify novel technologies and mentor junior scientists through knowledge sharing. Deliver scalable solutions that support category strategy, ensuring products meet quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements from concept through post-launch. Requires a Master's degree in Food Science or Dairy Science with 5-10 years of experience leading complex product development. This hybrid role involves reporting to the office at least three days per week, with 25% travel and flexibility to support plant trials outside business hours.
