Job Summary
Food Safety & Quality Supervisor overseeing Frito-Lay account operations on the production floor; ensures compliance with food safety, quality, and defense programs, audits readiness, cGMPs, sanitation, and customer requirements; maintains Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS), conducts internal audits, supports CAPAs and root cause analyses, trains staff on GMPs/quality procedures, and participates in daily production and cross-functional meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–4 years in food manufacturing, packaging, or distribution environment
