Job Summary
Support quality documentation by updating policies, standard operating procedures, and maintaining the accuracy of the documentation database. Partner with plant teams to strengthen food safety systems through FSMA research, program development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with product testing, sample coordination, and data analysis for positive hold and release decisions while collaborating on cross-functional objectives. Participate in a two-week hands-on rotation at cheese and whey manufacturing plants to observe quality processes. Gain exposure to Grande's Quality department and farm-to-fork operations, including facility tours and end-user product experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Student in Junior or Senior status
- pursuing a bachelor's degree in Food Science
- pursuing a bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance
- pursuing a bachelor's degree in other related field
