Job Summary
FSQA Technician responsible for daily quality checks, lab sample preparation and testing, equipment calibrations, and investigations. Must apply mathematical concepts, analyze data, and clearly communicate quality and compliance concerns. Requires ability to work 5 days/week (including Sundays) in shifts starting at 4:30am or 10:30am, in a cold environment; benefits include insurance, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth at Salad & Go.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- At least 3 months experience in a related food and/or quality field
- Strong mathematical skills including fractions, ratios, and proportions
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to lift, bend and twist and stand for long shifts
- Able to work in cold environment (38-40 degrees) for multiple hours
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish preferred
- Bilingual
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Experience with tablets for data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Applications
