Job Summary
FSQA Technician responsible for daily food safety activities including pre-operational, operational, and post-operational checks, temperature and calibration tasks, sanitizer verification, and third-party cleaning verification; conducts GMP-floor walks, self-audits, traceability audits, lab collections, and swabs to ensure regulatory compliance across local, state, federal, and international food-safety standards; escalates non-compliance to supervisors and managers and supports corrective actions; must leverage strong computer skills and be able to work long hours in varying temperatures; role requires flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 years QA admin/document control experience; offers hourly pay and benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3 years’ experience in QA administration and document control
- Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & Sharepoint)
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
