Food & Safety Quality Assurance Tech II

Conduct food safety inspections in the production environment, including inter-batch cleaning, and execute visual chemistry tests on raw materials, water sources, and finished products. Routinely observe production activities to assure consistency, notify senior team members of non-conformances, and assist with scheduling product evaluations. Perform required finished product testing, maintain laboratory instruments, and track raw material specifications and COAs. Ensure compliance of incoming labels and packaging, inspect finished product for hazards, and file QA documentation. Maintain food supplies and organize finished product retains.
