Job Summary
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure conformity to regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients. Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices. Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans. Teach and coach clients to create safer, healthier workplaces for their customers. Travel 50%-70% (8-10 days per month), with some evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include conducting audits, implementing and monitoring food safety, training staff, investigating incidents, maintaining documentation, and providing clear feedback. Strong knowledge of food safety required; CP-FS certification and ServSafe preferred; valid driver’s license; flexibility to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays/evenings as needed.
