Job Summary
Food Safety & Brand Standards Specialist responsible for conducting audits and inspections to assess conformity with regulatory, industry, and client brand standards for hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients. Responsibilities include observing food prep and cooking standards to ensure safety and sanitation, collaborating with clients to address discrepancies and develop corrective action plans, coaching clients to maintain a safer workplace, traveling 50-70% (8-10 days/month) with some evenings/weekends, maintaining documentation, and promoting high food-safety performance. Requires CP-FS certification (Licenses/certificates as required) and a valid driver’s license; ServSafe and/or CP-FS certifications are a plus. The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and the ability to work autonomously while delivering best-in-class customer service and upholding brand standards across multiple industries.
