Job Summary
Food Safety & Brand Standards Specialist conducts audits and inspections to ensure conformity to regulatory, industry, and brand standards; observes food preparation to ensure safety and sanitation; partners with clients to address root causes of discrepancies and develops corrective action plans; trains and coaches staff to improve workplace safety and health; investigates food safety incidents; maintains documentation; travel 50-70% (8-10 days/month) with some evenings/weekends; requires CP-FS certification and a valid driver’s license; strong listening, organization, communication, and time-management skills; Steritech/Rentokil brand environment with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.
Required Qualifications
- CP-FS certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us)
- Strong knowledge of food safety preferred
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
