Food Safety & Brand Standards Specialist

Job Summary
Perform audits and inspections to measure conformity to regulatory, industry, and brand standards for hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients. Lead corrective action plans, educate staff to improve food safety, health, and sanitation, and maintain documentation. Travel 50-70% (8-10 days/month) including some evenings and weekends; possess CP-FS/ServSafe certifications where applicable; hold a valid driver’s license; apply strong food safety knowledge to help clients uphold brand standards and deliver safe, quality guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- CP-FS certification
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
- valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
- Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred
- Ability to travel 50%-70% (8-10 days per month)
- Excellent listening, organization, communication and time management skills
