Job Summary
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure conformity to regulatory, industry, and brand standards for hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients; observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation; collaborate with clients to address root causes of discrepancies and develop corrective action plans; train and coach staff to create safer, healthier workplaces; travel 50%-70% (8-10 days per month) with some evenings and weekends; maintain documentation and records; strong communication, organization, and time-management skills; CP-FS and ServSafe certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- CP-FS certification preferred
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
- Valid driver’s license
