Job Summary
Conduct food safety, health, and hygiene audits at client sites across South County Wicklow and County Wexford. Provide consultancy on best practices to ensure alignment with brand standards and enhance guest experience. Maintain strong client relationships while working independently with initiative and sound judgment. Requires a Level 4 Food Safety qualification, a full clean driving licence, and flexibility for weekday and weekend assignments. No immigration sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
- Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts
- Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence
- Be based in or near the assigned territory
- Have proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
- Have strong relationship management skills
- Have the ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
