Job Summary
Conduct on-site food safety, health, and hygiene assessments for food service brands across Bamburgh, Berwick, and Hexham. Provide consultancy on hygiene best practices to enhance guest experience while maintaining strong client relationships. Manage multiple tasks under pressure to meet deadlines, working independently with sound judgment. Requires a Level 4 Food Safety qualification, a full clean driving licence, and flexibility for weekday and weekend assignments. This freelance role partners with Ecolab, a global leader in water and hygiene solutions, to advance food safety and sustainability for customers in over 170 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
- Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts
- Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence
- Be based in or near the assigned territory
- Have proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
- Have strong relationship management skills
- Have the ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
