Job Summary
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure conformity to regulatory, industry, and brand standards for hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients; observe food prep to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation; collaborate with clients to address root causes and develop corrective action plans; train and coach staff to create a safer, healthier workplace; travel 50-70% (8-10 days per month) including some evenings/weekends; possess CP-FS certification and a valid driver’s license; ServSafe and/or CP-FS certification considered a plus; thrive autonomously with strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
