The Food Safety & Brand Specialist supports clients in the hotel, restaurant, and grocery sectors by ensuring compliance with food safety standards and enhancing brand integrity. This role requires conducting assessments, implementing corrective actions, and providing training to staff, with significant travel expected.
Required Qualifications
- CP-FS certification
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) (preferred)
- Licenses/certificates as required by regulations
- Ability to conduct audits and inspections
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Organizational and prioritization skills
