Job Summary

Food Runners deliver dishes quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy and presentation, maintaining menu knowledge and allergen awareness, communicating with kitchen and service teams, describing dishes to guests, handling safe tableside service, assisting with garnishing and plate presentation, keeping expo lines and stations clean, supporting servers during peak periods, clearing and resetting tables, and performing opening/closing side work. The role requires strong attention to detail, urgency, teamwork, and professionalism, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
