Job Summary
Food Runners deliver food quickly and accurately to guests in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, maintain knowledge of menu items including allergens, communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to ensure proper timing and presentation, and assist with plating, garnishing, and final table readiness. The role supports servers during peak periods, participates in opening/closing side work, and adheres to food-safety standards while contributing to guest satisfaction and team morale.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience required; high-volume experience strongly preferred.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Basic knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and allergens.
