Job Summary
Respond to guest requests with exceptional hospitality, prepare tables for meals by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware, and run food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to guest tables. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, clean tables or counters after patrons finish dining, and set tables for next guests. Keep silverware and linens rolled, ensure condiments are clean and full, stock service areas with supplies, and perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, vacuuming carpet, and tidying up the server station. Work hourly at $4 plus tips in a lively, fast-paced environment within a growing farmer-owned restaurant company focused on great food, thoughtful sourcing, and employee well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk up and downstairs and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
- Capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms
- Are punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Full-service restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
