Job Summary
Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest by interacting, connecting, and ensuring their needs are met. Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, and plate ware. Partner with other team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment while improving the overall guest experience. This role requires availability for weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules with growth opportunities and a benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance.
