Job Summary
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables quickly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets high standards. Communicate special requests or modifications to kitchen staff and address guest needs and menu questions promptly. Work closely with servers and kitchen personnel to manage service flow during peak hours, assist with drink refills and bread service, and support dining room attendants with table clearing and resetting. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and service stations while following company policy on handling guest allergies. Perform side work duties as assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications
- Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests – smile and have a great time!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant terminology is a plus.
