Job Summary
Conduct daily closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, cleaning all areas, and restocking items. Set up and maintain work zones, inspecting china, glass, and silver for cleanliness before use. Practice clean-as-you-go procedures throughout the shift while adhering to safety policies and reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions. Welcome guests, answer telephones with professional etiquette, and maintain positive team relationships. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds, navigating uneven surfaces, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
