Job Summary
Food Runner at Rosa Mexicano // responsible for expediting service, delivering dishes, and ensuring timely, accurate presentation from kitchen to dining room. Maintain sanitation standards, assist with plating and garnishing per recipe specs, communicate between dining room and kitchen, participate in pre-shifts and trainings, and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused service environment. Must be able to stand for shifts and multitask effectively; prior guest service experience is preferred. Walk-ins welcomed between 2-5 PM to meet management.
