Job Summary
Ensure food is prepared and delivered according to THE ONE GROUP's quality standards while maintaining awareness of table numbers, seat assignments, and floor plans for efficient service. Communicate seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff to guarantee timely and accurate delivery, offering condiments and accompaniments when appropriate. Assist with guest requests, maintain a clean service area, and follow health and sanitation regulations. Be available for restaurant setup, cleaning, and general service tasks as directed by management. Must possess full menu knowledge, stand for long periods, lift 20 lbs., and carry large trays. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required. Basic English proficiency needed for guest interactions.
