Job Summary
Food Runner at The One Group: delivers food swiftly and accurately from kitchen to guests, maintains knowledge of the menu to describe dishes, tracks table numbers and floor plans, follows service procedures for an exceptional guest experience, offers condiments as appropriate, communicates with servers and kitchen staff for timely delivery, assists with guest requests and general service tasks, and upholds health and sanitation standards. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift 20 lbs., and carry large trays; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; basic English proficiency for guest interactions; located at the Charlotte, NC market with on-site dining operations.
