Job Summary
Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately while upholding sanitation and food safety principles. Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash, check in with patrons to ensure satisfaction, and relay reports of customer experience to management. Assist with table setup by placing appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations, and handle various impromptu requests from guests. Ensure all patrons have the necessary tableware to enjoy their food. Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the restaurant while lifting up to 30 pounds. Requires 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in similar role
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Must be mobile and able to move throughout all areas of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and climb as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
