Food Runner/ Server Assistant

Deliver food accurately and quickly from the pass to the table, ensuring every plate lands hot. Support servers with drink runs, clearing, crumbing, resets, and water service while reading the floor to step in where needed. Keep tables, stations, and service areas clean and stocked throughout service, resetting and re-laying tables correctly between seatings. Communicate table needs and timing back to servers and management, and complete side work and full open and close procedures to standard. Requires Illinois Food Handler certification or BASSET if serving alcohol. Hourly wage $12.96 plus gratuity participation, health benefits, and paid time off accruing after 90 days.
