Job Summary
Deliver food to tables using proper seat positions and etiquette, assembling trays with correct condiments and presentation. Greet members by name, replenish beverages and bread, and remove soiled dishes to dishwashing areas. Set and reset dining and banquet tables with silverware, linens, and glassware while stocking, cleaning, and maintaining all service stations. Polish silverware and glassware, wipe down surfaces, and ensure sanitizer buckets are clean throughout shifts. Restock ice, beverages, coffee, and supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, patios, and bar areas by collecting trash and clearing debris. Exhibit professional grooming and communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams in a fast-paced environment. Perform other duties as assigned to assist with overall service and hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Must have open availability on holidays and weekends
