Job Summary

Food Runner under the direction of the Sous Chef picks up food for service and delivers meals to guests, assisting kitchen and service staff to maintain food quality, presentation, and timing. Responsibilities include garnishing finished entrees per standard, delivering to correct tables, coordinating with broil/pantry stations to time hot/cold items, and maintaining station readiness. Adheres to safety guidelines, completes side work, and supports staff to optimize guests' dining experience. Requires ability to lift 50-100 pounds, stand for up to four hours, and work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays. Must complete restaurant training program, be able to communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Authorized to work in the United States.
