Job Summary
Welcome guests, provide high-level customer service by promptly addressing questions, and deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality presentation. Check on guests at tables regularly to confirm satisfaction and restock stations to keep them clean, organized, and fully stocked. Maintain health and food safety policies and collaborate with the team to support smooth operations and additional duties as assigned. Requires hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.)
