Job Summary
Food Runner delivers food orders from the kitchen to the customer’s tables rapidly and accurately, acting as the point of contact between front of house and back of house; maintains knowledge of the menu; provides exemplary customer service in cooperation with the team. This part-time year-round role requires working a minimum of 3 shifts per week with weekend availability, and shifts include weekday evenings and varied weekend hours. Responsibilities include attending trainings, greeting guests, delivering orders quickly and accurately, upholding sanitation and food safety, checking in with customers, reporting satisfaction, ensuring proper tableware, assisting with setup of buffets, catering to guest requests, completing side work, assembling and delivering room service orders, following procedures and policies, and notifying management of issues. Must be 16+, authorized to work in the US, and able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
